Shipping & Delivery
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 4PM PST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and usually ship within 1 business day pending availability and credit verification.
All orders placed after 4 PM PST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 5 PM PST will begin processing on the following Monday. 
Circleandsquaresf.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. 
We use UPS and Federal Express for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery.  All shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped UPS 2-day.

Returns & Replacements
Circle & Square stands behind the quality of our merchandise.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unused, undamaged merchandise with all original tags affixed to the merchandise within 14 days of shipment receipt and we will provide you with an online store credit (good for 1 year) or exchange (less shipping costs).
All returns of merchandise purchased on this website require prior authorization.
Please call (415) 409-3440 to obtain a Return Authorization.
Once you receive a Return Authorization, you may send the returned merchandise with the original receipt to the address below.
All items purchased on sale are final.  All sales of Special Order Merchandise are final- unless merchandise is deemed damaged upon receipt.

 

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Circle & Square cannot be responsible for return merchandise prior to our receipt.  We therefore suggest that you insure all parcels.

Ordering
You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail you provided, once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped.
This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.
