What is your return policy?
Circle & Square stands behind the quality of our
merchandise. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns of
unused, undamaged merchandise, and all original tags remain affixed to the
merchandise within 14 days of shipment receipt and we will provide you with an
online store credit (good for 1 year) or exchange (less shipping costs). All
returns of merchandise purchased on this website require prior authorization.
Please call (415) 409-3440 to obtain a Return Authorization. Once you receive a
Return Authorization, you may send the returned merchandise with the original
receipt to the below address. All sale merchandise is Final Sale.

How do I make a
return/exchange?
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Circle & Square
cannot be responsible for return merchandise prior to our receipt. We therefore
suggest that you insure all parcels.
When will my credit card be refunded?
Refunds generally appear on you credit card statement in
one to two billing periods. Since all our online orders require credit cards as
the method of payment, your refunds will take the form of a credit back to the
same card used to make the original purchase.
