Maxi dress.

I was walking home from my mani-pedi appointment on Saturday and out of nowhere two girls breezed by me as I was hobbling home and trying not to kill myself with those plastic flip flops designed to self destruct within two minutes.
They were both wearing long to the ankle, slinky, solid colored maxi’s with the perfect summery jewelry, sandals and gargantuan purses.
Back in the day or today it remains a classic, it just goes to show you there is nothing new under the sun or in this case the fog.
What would you retread Tracy?

That’s so funny you mentioned the Maxi Dress! My daughter was visiting here in Aspen and that is one of her favorite looks! Speaking of a fashion longing, I realized the other day that here in the mountains, I long for the return of the “Jean” Jacket!  I must have 6 hanging in my closet here- old relics I have relocated here from the city thinking they will come back to life!  Alas, I keep trying to wear one but something is amiss!  I loved my Dolce denim jacket worn with my Kemo Sabe Ostrich boots, tucked in jeans and fabulous turquoise jewelry- cliche for the mountains, I know- but somehow you just feel you can get away with it here. Maybe I am just on a Rocky Mountain high?
